Review – Bellingham Castle

I recently had the pleasure of taking a trip out to Bellingham Castle in Castle Bellingham. I fell in love with this wedding venue as soon as I drove up to the door. It’s understated and has a lovely elegant tone. There were so many special touches and you can tell that every aspect has been thought through in great detail.

There is a wide variety of photographic options both outdoors and indoors. The food is excellent, sometimes when i attend large functions or weddings, the food is being prepared in mass so flavours can be lost but i could taste every flavour in my dish. The service was impeccable and you could see that a very tight ship was being run. No stone was left unturned. The staff were so friendly, from checking in right through to checking out. My favourite thing about the castle was the big old Irish wolf hound who greeted us for breakfast in the lobby. You really get that luxury castle feeling.
