Makeup artist and beauty expert Lisa Coffey will be sharing expert advice for perfect bridal makeup and preparation with a demonstrations on the day, and you’ll be able to chat to photographer David O’Sullivan and award-winning Real Golden Moments videographer Alan Golden on choosing the right visual team for your day, plus you can meet ‘Gaston the Singing Chef’ (love a bit of Gaston!) who could add a layer of fun to your celebrations.
The Summer Wedding Afternoon at Faithlegg is an exclusive opportunity to experience the beautiful Minaun Room, built around a glass conservatory, the ballroom holds the character of its traditional Georgian style while incorporating an elegant and sophisticated modern look.
For couples who are dreaming of the great outdoors on their wedding day without worrying about the weather, Faithlegg are unveiling their charming new marquee located in the beautiful manicured gardens adjoining the ballroom on the day, as well as the gorgeous new cocktail and whiskey bar – Bar 1783 recently opened to its very first guests, a bijou space seating just 40 guests. The décor is lush and extravagant, with a decadent time-travelling air of whimsy and luxury, serving signature cocktails and light bites. Guests will be able to sample the delights of the bar with a whiskey tasting during the Summer Wedding Afternoon.
Renowned for their food, brides and grooms-to-be will get the opportunity to sample canapés on arrival and have their palettes awakened during a gourmet showcase led by award-winning executive chef Jenny Flynn and her talented team.
