I had my first off-site shoot with Ireland AM and it was epic. We visited the unbelievably beautiful Mill House Wedding Venue in Slane and it did not disappoint.
All of the looks were provided by MK Bridal in Navan. Hair and Make Up was provided by one of my favourite glam squad duo Pamela Matthews Hair and Make-up.
70’s Vibes
This 70’s inspired gown is called Seville from Willowby by Watters. The magnolia embroidered lace and bell sleeves create a unique bridal look. This dress is actually a two piece with the lace overlay sitting over a silk dress. The head band is by Azure and the gold tone compliments the overall colour tone.
Off The Shoulder
This off shoulder ‘Olive by Enzoani’ mermaid gown takes my breath away. The light off the shoulder feature extends the shoulders whilst the side illusion panels catch the eye and draw the shape to minimise the waist giving an hourglass figure. You cannot deny the impact that this train makes. Wow guests with a two tiered signature Enzoani train and all over lace. The hair piece is again by Azure and is a lovely draped beaded clip.
Long Sleeves
This is part of the brand new Essence by Australia 2020 collection, It’s known as D3209. This Ivory lace and crepe long sleeved fit and flare oozes elegance! This dress is cleverly designed with the lace delicately covering the the torso and thighs. The V back is simply stunning and the train adds the perfect amount of drama. The hair piece is by Kyna and it’s a very simple and vintage style.
Nude/Illusion
Again, we feature an Essence of Australia number. This beaut is called D2849. A stunning fit and flare gown with a keyhole back sitting on illusion mesh. The illusion mesh continues to the shoulders creating an elegant off the shoulder look, the bodice is an illusion lace that is unlined which plays to a more daring bride. This dress also come in a lined version. The cathedral length train is an absolute showstopper! I’ve matched with a Eventos veil.
Bows
This elegant look from Rosa Clara is called ‘Dores’. It is a fashion forward statement gown. It’s such a unique look and of course the gorgeous Tilly the doggo makes an appearance. This is the Mill House resident doggy. She has a brother but he gets a bit excitable and an excitable dog and beautiful ivory gown is not a good combination! This gown has clean sharp lines. The halter neck has a collar effect and it flows to a deep plunge around the bust. The over sized bow and low back adds a modern twist to this classic bridal gown.
Cape
This look is the perfect end to the show. It is so dramatic. The cape is by Enzoani and called ‘Odelia’ and the beautiful simple wedding gown is a Paloma Blanco 4857. The cape packs a serious punch. It gives serious drama as you walk up the aisle but can shed later when it’s time to mingle with guests and dance the night away. It has beautiful lace edging from top to bottom. Dress 4857 is a fit and flare style so perfect for a bride with curvy or for one who wants to achieve curves. The crepe the perfect companion for your wedding day as it sucks everything in and gives a lovely clean line. I love the detachable cowl back and stunning beaded detail.
