As we approach the big wedding season, it’s that time where if you are getting married in a Catholic Church, you are more than likely trying to firm up your church music. If you haven’t booked a church singer, check out my recommendations right here.
I asked you guys for recommendations on hymns for a wedding ceremony and between brides to be, brides just gone and suppliers, there was an extensive list delivered.
Here is what you suggested:
- Ave Marie (firm favourite)
- Eagles wings
- Here I am lord
- Ephesians prayer
- As I kneel before you
- Make me a channel of your peace
- The clouds veil
- Amazing Grace
- Broken vessels
- In Christ Alone
- Bind us together
- The hiding place
- Be not afraid
- Taste & see
- Book of Ruth
- Set your hearts
- Ag Chriost an siol
- Seinne alleluia
- Mo ghra thu
- Be still in the presence of the lord
- May the road rise to meet you
- Lady of knock
- How great thou art
- Father of all mankind
- A mhuire mhaitir
- Love shine a light
- I will be with you wherever you go
- Only a shadow of your love
- Make of your hands a throne
- Let us be the bread
- Hallelujah
- Se an Tiarna M’aoire
- I watch the sunrise
- As the deer
- Love is the boat
- You are mine
I hope that gives you some divine inspiration!
