As many of you will know, I have a lot of love for Galway and in particular Loughrea Hotel. The last time I was there was my cousin-in-laws wedding and we had the most amazing night. I cannot rave about the service and food enough. My favourite is the roof top lounge. The views are exceptional and all made the better by a cocktail.
