Raining on your wedding day

Let’s face it, we live in Ireland and there is a strong chance it could rain on your wedding day! Never assume it will not rain on your day and always be prepared for that ‘just in case’ moment.

My main advice is to make sure that your venue has good photographic opportunities in-doors in case you cannot make it outside or if there is no opportunity on the day, why not book a ‘Re-Shoot’ for a day that is beautiful!

If all else fails, enjoy the rain! In the words of OutKast in Ms Jackson ‘You can plan a pretty picnic but you can’t predict the weather’.

Make the most of the beautiful dramatic landscape by getting out with beautiful wedding umbrellas and glam wellies. Black and white rain shots always look amazing. Think of the Take That video for Back for Good – enough said!
