Ida is the genius behind Balloonera. She trained as a nurse, but her drive for all things creativity took hold and she knew she really wanted to add something very unique to the wedding world. She started with calligraphy and then flowers, but one day she was looking for decor inspiration for son’s birthday and stumbled on some very artistically arranged balloons. She was totally inspired. So much so that now she creates bespoke organic style balloon installations for weddings.
Balloonera’s distinct features would consist of balloons which are custom-coloured to perfection with added foliage and drop down flowers to complete the look. They work closely with clients and take inspiration from the smallest details to make sure that it complements the overall feel of the event. I had the pleasure of working with Ida and her team for my Podcast Shoot and what a service. I received a custom sketch of what my backdrop and installation would like and once approved, Ida checked in regularly with finer details and logistics.
