She goes above and beyond for her couples. She is available outside the normal working hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate the busy schedules of her couples.
“I am aware of how busy engaged couples are so I will arrange a time that suits for us to have a quick chat before I do any research for them. This helps narrow down a few options, I get to find out what they are looking for, the time of year they want to go and their budget. As I am an independent agent I can shop around for the best deals available – I am not tied to any one supplier. I want to make sure they are getting exactly what they want. Each Honeymoon is different and tailor made to suit each couple and their needs.“
All couples that book with Susan have access to their very own “My TC” App. This is a free, secure app that allows them to view their quotes, make secure payments throughout the year and view their travel documents while travelling. It is also linked to the live flights system so they are notified straight away if there are any flight delays or gate changes. They also have the all important Holiday Countdown so they can see how many days away their trip of a lifetime is! I love this!
While couples are away, they have Susan’s mobile number in case of any emergencies as well as access to the 24 hour Duty Office if they can’t get through to me in an emergency so they are never on their own. Travel Counsellors are fully licensed and bonded by the Commission for Aviation Regulation here in Ireland which also gives peace of mind.
