I was first introduced to British designer David Fielden when my friend Annie got married. I fell in love straight away. The next time I got to see Fielden’s range in the flesh was in Myrtle Ivory. I couldn’t stop rubbing the dresses!
The fabrics are so rich and just luscious, you will 100% feel like a goddess in his gowns. When you get up close to these masterpieces, you will see some beautiful intricate details. I think that’s what makes these dresses so special. I was particularly impressed with the cut, there are nips and tucks in all of the right places.
The 2017 Sposa collection was launched not so long ago. You can expect the collection to hit the bridal shops very soon. This range has a lot of variety. There are many gowns that are very contemporary and unique and also some nods to the traditional styles. Then……there’s one or two that are a little mad for me but they are creative and I love to see a designer take risks. You will see some traditional elegant a line gowns right through to some 70’s inspired layers.
You can flick through the collection in the gallery below.
If you would like to try on a little Fielden number, Myrtle Ivory in Dublin stock select gown. There are some pre loved David Fielden gowns in Timeless Bridal Wear.
Enjoy xx
